In your Inner Wisdom hypnotherapy sessions, the words "white light" are connected to a feeling of deep relaxation. Use these words to come into alignment at any time. If you like, visualize yourself in a bubble, a light beam, a waterfall, or a cloud of white light. |

Imagine standing in a waterfall of light. This works especially well in a cool shower.
Feel the rush of the flowing water from the top of your head all the way to your toes. Let go of any thoughts, feelings, and patterns that you no longer need. Focus on the sensation of the current. Feel the flow! |
The Silent Communication Technique

Think of someone you would like to communicate with. This can be a person, a higher being, an animal, even a part of your body.
Silently think or feel all of the thoughts and feelings that come to you. Take as long as you like. Then silently communicate your hopes and your vision. Take as long as you like. Allow any thoughts or messages to come. You may wish to exchange gifts. |
