The Silent Communication Technique
Think of someone you would like to communicate with. This can be a person, a higher being, an animal, even a part of your body.
Silently think or feel all of the thoughts and feelings that come to you. Take as long as you like. Then silently communicate your hopes and your vision. Take as long as you like. Next allow any thoughts or messages to come.

Think, Feel, Imagine Technique
Visualize yourself experiencing the goal you desire. Imagine every detail of your environment.
Most importantly, focus on the feeling.
Achieve the feeling of success, love, radiant health, or anything you would like to experience. Bask in that feeling for 30 seconds or more....
